Dane Boyles is preaching and teaching minister of the Central Church of Christ. Dane's first ministry work was as a missionary. He lived and served several years in Ecuador where he preached every Sunday at the Iglesia de Cristo Gonzales-Suarez and taught Bible, theology, and ministry courses at the Instituto Teológico de Cuenca while serving as Director (1993-1997) then Executive Director (2002-2013). He also has taught and preached in Mexico, Honduras, Cuba, and Chile. Before coming to Central, Dane served as pulpit minister for fifteen years in the state of Texas. He and his wife, Leslie, touch and inspire the lives of believers and non-believers each week through the ministry of Central Church and its various outreaches. Dane’s positive message of grace and truth inspire and instruct others on how to live out their faith in Jesus Christ. Dane earned B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Spanish and linguistics from Texas Tech University. Besides graduating from Sunset International Bible Institute, he earned a Master of Arts in Religion degree from Abilene Christian University, a Master of Science degree in Bible and Ministry from Lubbock Christian University, and a Doctor of Minister degree in Practical Theology and Evangelism from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Dr. Boyles is a Christian counselor certified by the International Association of Christian Counseling Professionals and the National Christian Counselors Association.
